Transfer confirmed: Malian Samba Koné joins EST!

Espérance Sportive de Tunis has completed the signing of Malian midfielder Samba Koné, 23, from Portuguese second division side Académico Viseu. This move comes after fierce competition from Romanian club CFR Cluj.

According to media sources close to the negotiations, the "Blood and Gold" put forward a more lucrative offer than their rivals, convincing the Portuguese club to accept the transfer to Tunisia.

The player arrives on loan with an option to buy, pending the official announcement and final signing of the contracts.
