Transfer window: Hichem Boudaoui given green light to leave

Algerian international Hichem Boudaoui is expected to leave OGC Nice during the 2025 summer transfer window.

Signed in 2019 following the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2019), the Béchar native has particularly stood out this season.

At 25 years old, Boudaoui has made remarkable strides both physically and tactically, leading to a surge in his market value, which has now soared to €15 million.

The former Paradou player has featured in 175 matches for the French club, notching up 13 goals and 13 assists. It’s an impressive haul for a defensively-minded midfielder, underscoring the player’s immense potential.

Nicknamed “The Desert Emir,” Boudaoui has become a key figure for “the Fennecs” since Swiss coach Vladimir Petkovic took charge of the Algerian national team.
