The 2025 U20 World Cup will take place in Chile from September 27 to October 19. Ahead of FIFA's official kickoff, let's take a look back at the different groups, featuring four African nations battling for glory.
In total, 24 national teams will compete across the cities of Santiago, Valparaíso, Rancagua, and Talca, all aiming to claim one of youth football's most coveted titles. Here are the group lineups:
- Group A: Chile, New Zealand, Japan, Egypt
- Group B: South Korea, Ukraine, Paraguay, Panama
- Group C: Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Spain
- Group D: Argentina, Italy, Australia, Cuba
- Group E: United States, New Caledonia, France, South Africa
- Group F: Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Nigeria
The top two teams from each group, along with the four best third-placed sides, will advance to the Round of 16. Mark your calendars for September 27 and get ready for the official kickoff.
