Pyramids Challenge Title After Al Ahly’s Derby Forfeit
Despite Al Ahly's 6 - 0 win over Pharco to seal the title , Pyramids continue to dispute the league outcome.
They demand 3 point deduction from Al Ahly for failing to show up for the Mar derby against Zamalek.
The league ruled the match loss for Al Ahly but didn't deduct additional points. If the Court of Arbitration for Sport CAS rules in Pyramids favor the title could be stripped & handed to the Sky Blues marking their 1st ever league crown.
