Vincent Aboubakar scores a brace for Bodrum FK

Vincent Aboubakar was the driving force behind Bodrum FK’s victory over Sarıyer (4-1). Away from home on matchday 10 of the Turkish second division, the Aegean side were able to rely on the efficiency of their Cameroonian striker, who scored twice in just eight minutes.

Aboubakar shows his goalscoring instinct

The former FC Porto and Besiktas striker put in an impressive performance, finding the back of the net twice in quick succession. His brace contributed to Bodrum FK’s emphatic victory, earning the team three valuable points away from home. With this performance, Vincent Aboubakar once again showed his ability to make an impact in attack.

Despite the heavy scoreline, Sarıyer had a chance to reduce the deficit late in the game. However, Eze missed a penalty in the 90th minute, letting slip an opportunity to restore some pride. Bodrum FK therefore held on to their advantage until the final whistle to secure a 4-1 away win. For Vincent Aboubakar, the objective will now be to continue producing performances of this level. If he can maintain this consistency, he could play a decisive role in Bodrum FK’s ambitions in the league.
