After Saturday night's 2-1 friendly win over Chile, Bernardo Silva made Portugal's ambitions for the 2026 World Cup crystal clear.

Cristiano Ronaldo and his teammates are no longer hiding. They are heading to the 2026 World Cup with the goal of lifting the trophy this summer.

"We want to win. We're going to the World Cup to win. We know there are other teams going with exactly the same intention, and they're neither more nor less favorites than us. But we have a very clear objective," Bernardo Silva declared in the mixed zone.
