Barça: Lamine Yamal injured, Pedri concerned

On Wednesday evening, Lamine Yamal was forced off with an injury against Celta Vigo (1-0) after scoring from the penalty spot. He is believed to have suffered a left thigh issue.

After the match, Pedri did not seem particularly optimistic about his teammate's condition.

"I hope Lamine will be out for as little time as possible. He’ll undergo tests and then we’ll know the exact nature of the problem. I wish him the best and want to reassure him that he’s young and will no doubt recover very well," said the Barça maestro on Movistar +.

Yamal will undergo tests this Thursday to determine the severity of his injury.
