A few weeks after Brazil's elimination in the Round of 16 at the 2026 World Cup, Carlo Ancelotti has kicked off a new era for the Brazilian national team.

It's worth noting that the first tests will come as early as September during the FIFA international window, with three friendly matches serving as a testing ground before the start of South American qualifiers in 2027.

The Italian manager announced his intention to thoroughly reshape his squad after the disappointment at the 2026 World Cup.
