A brief but decisive spell at Lens

Having joined a year ago from Rapid Vienna, Mamadou Sangaré quickly adapted to French Ligue 1. In 33 appearances across all competitions, the 24-year-old midfielder scored 3 goals and provided 4 assists. Most importantly, he played a key role in a historic season.
