FC San Pedro hosts USM Alger this Sunday for Matchday 5 of the CAF Confederation Cup. The Algerian side is the only team to have already secured qualification ahead of this fixture.

USMA sits atop the group with 10 points and is already guaranteed a place in the quarterfinals. The Algiers-based club has claimed three wins and a draw so far in the group stage.

The first leg, played on November 23, was a tightly contested affair that ended 3-2 in favor of the Algerian club.
