CAF LDC: all the fixtures for the second preliminary round

Now it’s time to get down to business. Whilst we await CAF’s approval, the fixtures for the second qualifying round of the 2026/2027 Champions League have been announced.

The final stage before the group stage.

Following the first round, 32 clubs are still in contention for just 16 places in the group stage. The top sides, who were exempt from the first round, are now entering the fray. These are the reigning champions Mamelodi Sundowns, Espérance Sportive de Tunis and RS Berkane.

Next schedule reminder

The first legs of the second and final round of the CAF Champions League are scheduled for 16–18 October, with the return legs set for 23–25 October. The 16 winners will progress to the group stage, which kicks off in late November.
