Cameroon is gearing up to compete in the 2026 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations, where they’ll be battling in Group D alongside Ghana, Mali, and Cape Verde.

Finalists in 2004, 2014, and 2016, the Indomitable Lionesses are hungry for their first-ever title in the competition. They return to the AWCON after missing out on the 2024 edition, having been granted a spot among the four teams given a second chance via their FIFA ranking, despite elimination in the qualifiers.
