Barcelona and Newcastle have named their teams for Tuesday’s Champions League last 16 first leg at St. James’ Park.

Barcelona make key calls for first leg

The official lineups are now out for Champions League Round of 16 meeting between Newcastle United & Barcelona.

Barcelona start with:

• Goalkeeper: Joan Garcia
• Defenders: Joao Cancelo,Ronald Araujo, Pau Cubarsi, Gerard Martin
• Midfielder: Pedri, Marc Bernal, Lamine Yamal, Fermin Lopez, Raphinha
• Attackers: Robert Lewandowski

On the bench, coach Hansi Flick keeps several important options in reserve including Wojciech Szczesny, Eric Garcia, Marc Casado, Dani Olmo, Marcus Rashford and Ferran Torres.

Newcastle go strong at home

Newcastle have also gone with a strong team for this first-leg clash.
