FC Barcelona: Karim Adeyemi predicts 2026 Ballon d'Or for Lamine Yamal

On Thursday, FC Barcelona officially announced the arrival of Karim Adeyemi. The German international was presented just a few hours ago in Catalonia.

Karim Adeyemi was notably asked about his new teammate, Lamine Yamal. Adeyemi confirmed that he's looking forward to playing with the World Cup champion.

"I don't know Lamine personally, but what he does on the pitch speaks for itself. He's incredible, he scores goals, he creates chances, and I think I can build a great connection with him by making runs from deep and capitalizing on the danger he creates. I don't think Lamine will be upset if I say that nobody will ever be like Messi. Everyone needs to be themselves. Lamine is playing at an amazing level, he needs to find his own path and it's certain that he has a real shot at winning the Ballon d'Or this year," said the German international.
