Manchester United: Bruno Fernandes's home burgled

Bruno Fernandes's house was burgled during the match between Manchester United and Como in the Champions League (4-1).

Wednesday evening was disastrous for Bruno Fernandes. Manchester United suffered a 4-1 defeat at Como on matchday three of the Champions League, with the loss prompting the Portuguese midfielder to criticise his coach's tactical choices.

Bruno Fernandes receives more bad news

That same evening, Bruno Fernandes had the extremely unpleasant surprise of learning that his home had been burgled while he was in Italy. The Portuguese international's family was not present at the time.

According to local media, the burglars spent no more than five minutes inside the house, after a neighbour alerted the police. The perpetrators could neither be arrested nor identified. The circumstances are reminiscent of those experienced by Ruben Dias at the start of the year, when he was present during a match between Manchester City and Galatasaray.
