Paul Pogba is finally set to make his home debut at the Stade Louis-II. Several months after joining AS Monaco, following a few minutes on the pitch against Rennes and a spot on the bench versus Pafos in the Champions League, the French international will experience the Monaco atmosphere for the first time… from the bench. The clash against PSG, scheduled for this Saturday at 5pm, will be the occasion to officially see him included in the home squad.

Still far from a starting spot, Pogba continues his steady comeback. "He’s not ready to start yet, but he’s making good progress," says a member of his technical staff. Coach Pocognoli has decided to include him in the squad for this high-profile matchup—a sign of growing trust.

For Monaco, the presence of the 2018 World Cup winner sends out a powerful message. Even as he’s managed carefully, Pogba remains a major weapon in this top-level showdown, and his gradual return could soon have an even greater impact on the team’s momentum.
