PSG: Dembélé's management, Enrique's staff defended
Rested for the return of Ligue 1 last weekend, Ousmane Dembélé is back in the Paris Saint-Germain squad this Tuesday to face Manchester City in the Champions League.
At the French capital club, the management of Ousmane Dembélé has raised questions in recent weeks. Already used sparingly and regularly rested since the start of the season, the French forward continues to receive special treatment from Luis Enrique.
Di Meco convinced by Luis Enrique's management
Speaking on RMC, Eric Di Meco endorsed the Paris coach's approach with Ousmane Dembélé in the starting lineup. "If there is one coach who has got 100% out of Dembélé, or perhaps even 120% (…) it is still Luis Enrique. He put him in a different position, with a style of play that suited him perfectly. If it wasn't Luis Enrique who transformed him, then who was it? The shoes they put on his feet? (…) If you want to keep criticising the coach who made you European champions twice, go ahead, keep doing it," said the former Marseille player.
