Real Madrid: Yan Diomandé's new shirt number revealed

Real Madrid has unveiled the new squad numbers for its latest signings. Yan Diomandé receives the number 25.

The last international players who took part in the 2026 World Cup returned to training with Real Madrid this Monday. The club's management has just officially announced the shirt numbers for the summer arrivals.

This announcement, eagerly awaited by fans, sheds light on the status given to the new faces in the squad for the upcoming season. According to several Spanish media outlets present in Valdebebas on Monday, French defender Ibrahima Konaté will now wear the number 16, while Spanish full-back Marc Cucurella takes the number 17.

On the right flank, Dutch international Denzel Dumfries gets the number 24. The attack is also getting a fresh look. In midfield, Bernardo Silva reclaims his iconic number 20 that he wore at Manchester City. Young and promising striker Carlos Espí will sport the number 19, while the talented Ivorian Yan Diomandé rounds off the list, taking the number 25 for his debut in the famous white shirt.
