Tunisia strengthens its future with two young prodigies!
The Tunisian Football Federation (FTF) continues its efforts to bolster the national squads by recruiting promising young players from Europe and other parts of the world. This initiative is overseen by former Eagles of Carthage striker Ziad Jaziri, in collaboration with his assistant Khalil Chammam.
The FTF has successfully convinced several dual-nationality talents to represent the Eagles of Carthage, including Hannibal Mejri, Anis Ben Slimane, Ismael Gharbi, and Wassim El Abrougui.
Adam Ghalleb and Rayan Elloumi join the Eagles of Carthage
In this context, the FTF announced yesterday on its official page the arrival of two new talents: Adam Ghalleb and Rayan Elloumi, after all administrative formalities were completed.
Adam Ghalleb, 17, is an attacking midfielder who plays for the Paris Saint-Germain reserve squad.
Rayan Elloumi, also 17, comes from the Vancouver Whitecaps academy and currently plays with the first team in Major League Soccer. This season, he netted his first goal in the competition, becoming the youngest Tunisian player ever to achieve this milestone.
Additionally, Rayan Elloumi recently signed his first professional contract, a three-year deal, with the Vancouver Whitecaps.
