Diego Simeone opened up about his tears on Saturday after Atlético Madrid's stunning victory over Real Madrid in the derby.

At home on Saturday, Atlético Madrid emerged victorious in the derby against Real Madrid (5-2) in La Liga. Diego Simeone couldn’t hide his emotions. The Atlético Madrid coach was seen in tears after the fifth goal, scored by Frenchman Antoine Griezmann. He explained why.

"There are a lot of emotions inside me. The start of the season was tough and a lot of people have made huge efforts that go unnoticed. It's wonderful," admitted the Argentine boss.
