Manchester City: Pep Guardiola issues warning about Haaland

On Saturday, Erling Haaland delivered a brace against Everton. Despite the Norwegian’s outstanding performance, Pep Guardiola is not entirely satisfied and sounds a warning.

Thanks to his double on Saturday, Erling Haaland carried Manchester City against Everton in the Premier League. While pleased with the output of the Norwegian international, Citizens manager Pep Guardiola nevertheless issued a warning to the rest of his squad.

"Haaland could have had four or five by the end. He’s our key man, what can I say? At the same time, we can’t just rely on him. Our wingers and attacking midfielders have to do better. We’re creating clear chances, they have to finish more. Savinho and Doku each had two chances. At this level, you have to score," said the Spanish coach at the press conference.
