OM: Aubameyang talks about his return

Just a year after leaving OM for Al-Qadsiah, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made the decision to return last summer. The Gabonese striker shares his story.

Speaking to Maritima Médias, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang explained the reasons behind his comeback to OM.

"My adventure at Al-Qadsiah ended overnight, even though my goal was to stay there. Right away, Marseille came to get information—they knew I would be a free agent. They knew I'm not someone who changes my mindset and that I always stay focused. OM approached me and I just had to accept, because my first stint here was simply amazing," explained the former Arsenal Gunners captain.

Aubameyang is under contract with OM until June 2027.
