Saint-Éloi Lupopo: Karim Hendou takes charge of the first team

FC Saint-Éloi Lupopo has entrusted its first team to Karim Hendou until the end of the season, following the departure of the head coach to take charge of Congo’s U23 national team.

Already a member of the coaching staff, the Algerian-Ukrainian tactician has been chosen to ensure continuity and bring stability to the squad. Holding both CAF A and UEFA A licenses, Karim Hendou boasts an impressive résumé, having previously worked at the Shakhtar Donetsk youth academy in Ukraine and holding a sports science degree from Donetsk University.

A former professional player who has also been called up to the Algeria senior national team, Hendou is known for his modern approach, emphasizing tactical discipline and player development. The club now hopes this promotion will help stabilize the team and achieve its sporting objectives for the remainder of the campaign.
