Transfer window: Panathinaikos keen on Ounahi

Moroccan international Azzedine Ounahi could continue his journey with Greek club Panathinaikos.

Currently playing on loan with the giants of Greek football, the Casablanca native remains under contract with Olympique de Marseille until 2027.

According to the Greek press, Panathinaikos are looking to secure a new loan deal during the summer transfer window in order to retain the midfielder's services for the upcoming season.

Back at the top of his game, the former Mohammed VI Football Academy standout has had a highly successful stint with the 20-time Greek champions, a sharp contrast to the heavy criticism he faced during his previous spell at Olympique de Marseille.

Azzedine Ounahi's 2024-2025 season

In 37 appearances for Panathinaikos across all competitions, the 25-year-old has netted 5 goals and provided 7 assists.

His market value has dropped to 10 million euros, down from an estimated 15 million euros in 2022.
