The 2026-27 Champions League will feature 36 teams in a single-phase format, just like this season. The participating clubs will be divided into four groups of nine teams each, and every club will face eight opponents, two from each group.

The seeding pots will be determined according to the UEFA ranking, except for the winner of the 2025-26 Champions League (Arsenal, Atlético, PSG, or Bayern), who will be placed directly in the top pot.
