On the eve of a tricky trip to the Basque Country to face Athletic in the Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain will have to deal with several significant absences. The club officially released a rather worrying medical update on Tuesday, confirming that four players will miss the showdown: Ousmane Dembélé, Lucas Chevalier, Lucas Beraldo, and Achraf Hakimi.

In its statement, PSG specified: "Sick, Ousmane Dembélé remains at rest. Lucas Chevalier continues his treatment. Lucas Beraldo is undergoing rehabilitation. Achraf Hakimi is continuing his rehabilitation work." A major blow for Luis Enrique, who finds himself without key options in all areas of the pitch.
