Ligue 1: Timothée Pembélé signs permanently with Le Havre AC
Le Havre AC has secured its latest signing. Timothée Pembélé has officially joined the Normandy club on a permanent deal for the next three seasons.
At 23 years old, the French defender was on loan from Sunderland AFC from September 2024 to May 2025, and again from January to May 2026. He has now opted to sign a long-term contract in the Sky & Marine colors—a fantastic addition to Didier Digard's squad.
HAC describes him as a versatile defender, capable of playing centrally, out wide, or even as a wing-back. With a warrior’s mentality, he knows the club and the Havre way inside out, having already made 35 appearances in their colors.
Originally from DR Congo, Timothée Pembélé is now making his full return to Ligue 1. HAC is counting on his experience with the squad and his versatility for the upcoming season.
