Ola Aina extends stay with Nottingham Forest

Great news for Nottingham Forest! The English club officially announced on Monday the contract extension of one of its most consistent and sought-after players on the market: Super Eagle Ola Aina.

Arriving on a free transfer in the summer of 2023 from Torino (Italy), the 27-year-old Nigerian defender quickly established himself as a key figure within the squad. During the 2024/2025 season, he featured in 22 Premier League matches, standing out for his pace, versatility, and defensive discipline.

This extension comes just days after Neco Williams, the club's other right-back, also renewed his contract. It's a clear signal of continuity and defensive stability from Forest, who are eager to build on the foundations laid last season. The news was also confirmed by renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, who reported on his X account that both parties have reached an agreement to extend their partnership until 2028.

This is a strong vote of confidence for Ola Aina, who is expected to continue playing a major role in the City Ground club’s ambitions.
