Champions League: new flight problem for FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona have experienced another change of plans as part of their preparations for the Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
Having already announced this morning the squad selected to face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, FC Barcelona have still been unable to land in France. Indeed, forced to delay their return flight to Barcelona by several hours due to poor weather conditions in Catalonia, Hansi Flick’s men had remained stranded in Seville after their match against Betis (5-2).
Barça’s flight to Paris delayed
On Monday, the Culés encountered another flight-related problem. According to Sport, the Barcelona delegation was due to take off from El Prat Airport at 10:30 a.m. to travel to the French capital. However, the Catalan newspaper reports that Barça’s plane was unable to take off due to poor conditions in Paris.
Finally on the plane
While Barça were still awaiting the green light from the relevant authorities to take off as soon as possible, it eventually came several hours later. A few minutes ago, the club shared a video on X showing the players looking stylish on the plane heading to Paris. Barça’s press conference is scheduled for 5 p.m. French time.
